Can't publish - Sign In vanished

Hi there,

when pressing “PUBLISH” a Studio project, the Sign-In-Pop-Up appears,
but not as usual with the “EMail” and “Password”-Fields! They have vanished.

The only options are the three buttons: connect via Google, Slack or Facebook.

Is there a technical issue with the login or am I forced to connect via one of the three third-parties?

Thank you for your support!
Andy

I’m using google chrome and I’m logged in so maybe that’s why I haven’t gotten the log in.

Same login problem here when I try to publish a Studio project. I tried with the newest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox (changed the default browser) but the email login option is missing.

Solved the Problem!

You have to update Studio to the latest version.
They’ve changed the login procedure in the newer version, so the old version have these kind of problems.

At my agency, there are harsh software/firewall/installation restrictions.
So the auto-update of Studio is canceld out and needs to be done manualy.

A hint for the developers at zap.works:
You’ve changed information in the softwares certificate, which is crucial for whitelisting a software period.
Every time you change information in the certificate it needs a new permission.

Hope this helps on all ends

Hi everyone,

Andy hit the nail on the head there, the best way to get around this is to update to the latest version of ZapWorks Studio. We now have a post about this with more information: Missing Sign in Options - Workaround

Hope you all have a great weekend!
