AR Questionaire

Is it possible to create a questionaire where the user can vote on best 3D models with web ar? No preference for card track/instant track. Looking for additional functionality where the the votes can be submitted by the user via the experience and be auto stored on Google Sheets (or other).

If this is possible how would one go about creating that link to store data?

You can and there is more then one way to do it.
You can use a an Ajax to link to a database. I like to use restdb.io
I have an example here:

You can also look in to Analytics doc. If I remember right you can add a custom tracker to it.

You can also add a web link to a form and then back to the zap.
