Account Pause & Data

Hi, there,

I’m looking for information about what happens when an account is discontinued. Do you immediately delete the account and associated data? Is it possible to reopen the same account later?

Hi Hannah,

Once your subscription expires, your content becomes read-only and your projects are unpublished, but they won’t be deleted, however, you’ll be able to use ZapWorks tools and republish your projects in the future by purchasing a plan on your workspace :slight_smile:

Regarding this:

  1. Just to be sure, If I stop payment I’m essentially freezing my account. The data associated remains but is not active or visible to anyone using the app until I begin payments again?
  2. I was just charged yesterday for my yearly subscription. If I ask to cancel, can I be reimbursed? and who can I contact in order to do this?

I would email them at support@zappar.com

You will get a faster service just remember they are in London and it’s after 5pm so you won’t get anything back till tomorrow.
