Hello,
I used the 3d photo feature template and i added my model,then i created some spotlights and some pointlights i increased the num pixel lights and everything looks fine,
but when you scale the model the lightings are gone?
can you please tell me why this is happening and if there is a way to fix it?

I would add the lighting to the model symbol that way they will scale with the model.

On the Right under Symbol definitions you will see your listed.
Mine is the CokeCan here. Click on it to open it.
Now add your lighting to this hierarchy
