Zapcode does not work

Hi guys, my zapcode does not work, my smartphone does not read the code. What can I do?

Could you please send through the zapcode URL (for Widgets/Designer codes) or your zpp file (for Studio codes) to support@zappar.com?

Any further information or screenshots would also be helpful.

We’ll have a closer look at what might be causing the issue and get back to you through that channel.
