Support for DAE 3D Models

I have a 3D Model in DAE format with animations and all. But when I try to use it in Zapworks Studio does not accept it. I loose the animation when I try to convert to OBJ format.

is DAE supported? Any other workarounds you can suggestion, which will keep my animations?

Hi There,

Is it possible to convert your file to FBX? That’s one of the model types we support that also supports animation, as mentioned in our 3D documentation, which is worth a look if you haven’t checked it out already.

Thanks for the reply. I used FBX and I get an error saying “Not a valid zip file”, when I drag and drop the FBX model.

I tried to create a zip file and then drag it. But then it fails to add and does not give any error. I will send the model to your support email address.
