Afternoon
My client tried to download Zappar App on his brand new Samsung S8.
Kept getting a message: “Cannot download now” with an error code (sorry never wrote down what the code was).
Samsung S8 is not listed in the “what devices does zappar support”
Has anyone else had issues with this phone?

Hey Pam,
We have a Samsung S8 in the office that works just fine with the Zappar app.
The error may be specific to their account or specific device, it might be worth asking them to google the exact error message, if it relates to Zappar specifically you can send it over to us at support@zappar.com.
The supported devices page does not mention every compatible device by name as that would be a very long list. Instead for Android we mention ‘Most devices running Android 2.2 and later’ and call out specific devices that don’t work below that.
The S8 should work (and does for us) fine
