I followed the step by step controller, state and timeline process to get my audio file to run. It works in the properties section and appears on the time line, but it will not play in the experience. Any thoughts about what I might be doing wrong?

Have you set the timeline to be activated from a script in the Hierarchy panel, as explained in the Activating States section of the Controllers and States article?
