Desktop Zappar App for windows

I have a problem and a question about the Desktop Zappar App for windows.

First my problem is I can have my code loaded from ZapWorks Studio but my camera doesn’t work with it.
I have a light that does come on so it’s turning on the camera just no picture. My camera does work on other apps.

Second I’m working with a photosphere and need to know how to move the screen like when I move the iphone.

Hi Steve,

There is no way to replicate the gyro on a mobile device on the desktop versions of Zappar, we recommend previewing and then scanning the preview code with a mobile device.

With regards to your computers specific issue of not displaying the camera feed, could you send us your machines spec along with a screenshot of the camera not showing to support@zappar.com?

Ok. I thought I saw that we could. FYI something to add later maybe a control on the side like in the ZapWorks Studio. I’m wanted it for debugging my code. I will have to set up a temp text box I guess.

As for the rest I’ll email support.
