Hi
I please would like to know if we can use an icon in the widget, to take me to another app.
I would like to add this app 
to my widget that will automatically open to this mobile app.

Hi Pam,
To launch a mobile app from your experience, you’ll need to use a special URL that opens the app directly. This is not something we can help with on our end as the URL may or may not exist, depending on the implementation of the mobile app itself.
Besides, unlike Studio and Designer codes, Widget codes cannot open links in an external browser.
