Properties accessed by timelines or states are locked, they can not be changed. However, when you right-click the property you have the option to copy it. If you do that and try to paste, it will not work. Locked properties should be copy-able as the context menu suggests it to be. As of now to copy a locked property I need to access the timeline or state that controls it first.
